Getting there: Bus number 175 serves the city centre and old town whilst bus 188 connects the airport with the city suburbs. A single ticket costs PLN 3. Night bus 611 provides transport to the central railway station every 30 minutes from 11 PM to 5 AM. Some hotels offer shuttle services to and from the airport. The Intercity Polski Express offers long distance coach services to 30 towns in Poland. Tickets can be bought from the ORBIS desk in the arrivals area or from the driver. Taxis are readily available in front of arrivals and typically cost PLN 35-45 to the city centre. All prices subject to change.
Getting around: Warsaw has an extensive integrated public transport system comprised of trams, buses and metro services. A single ticket is PLN 2.40 and a 24-hour unlimited pass is PLN 7.20. Buses and trams run from 5 AM to 11 PM; night buses also operate in the city. Horse-drawn carriages are also available in Warsaw's old town. Regional trains connect Warsaw with destinations all over Poland.
Driving directions: Get on Paluch from the airport then turn right on to Na Skraju. Continue along E67 then turn left on to 634/Zwirki I Wigury. Carry on to E30 and arrive in Warsaw.
